Each Mimanchi piece is made to order with your photo, so here is what happens after you order:

• Production (3–5 business days): we make and pack your item.
• Delivery (7–12 business days): your tracking number arrives by email as soon as it ships.

Need to change your photo or cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show the first updates, so don't worry if yours looks quiet at first. Delivery can take a little longer around the holidays.
