Shipping policy
How your order is made
Every Mimanchi item is made to order with your photo:
- Production: your item is made and packed in 3–5 business days after you order.
- Delivery: after dispatch, delivery to the United States usually takes 7–12 business days.
If you need to change your photo or cancel, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your item is already in production.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free, insured and tracked on all orders to the United States. If we ship to your country outside the US, the available options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show the first updates.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You can change it by emailing us within 24 hours of placing your order. After your order ships, we can no longer change the address.
Delays and lost packages
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays and peak seasons. If your package seems lost or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, see our Refund Policy: insured US orders are replaced at no cost once the carrier confirms the loss.
